Weekday lunch venue for toddler and baby in Central

Any recommendations on a weekday lunch venue in Central to bring a toddler and a baby? Ideally, I am looking for a place near IFC (but am open to other locations in Central) where my toddler can run around after the meal...
 
how about red (part of pure fitness)? they have a large outdoor seating area (with shade) so a noisey bub isn't likely to disturb anyone.
 
It is a nice place but they are always booked during lunch. Better to go for Late lunch or with appointment and I also think they have a buffet outside
 
You could try Mix in IFC (currently closed for renovations, but apparently opening soon). They have an outdoor area with tables.

There is also Triple O/Whitespot in Exchange Square, just near IFC that has outside tables and your toddler can run around Exchange Square. My daughter loves their milkshakes.

With anything in Central, you are best to get there early. I'd aim for an early lunch around 12noon. They fill up really quickly.
