Website with classification of best schools?

There is a website somewhere with the classification of the best schools, given, I believe, by parents' comments. I know that the best is the Diocesan school for boys and girls. The schools are classified as no. 1, no. 2, etc. according to HK districts/regions.

I came across that website a few times, but now I can't find it. Can anybody please post a link?
 
I suspect the band 1-3 rankings are more than likely to be found on the local chinese forums.

And by the way, yes, DBS is considered a grooming ground for many local billionaires. :)

Webmaster, I think the reason this forum is not used much is that you have too many sub-forums. I actually had to do a google search to find again this one. If you remove half the forums and facilitate navigation you are going to have many more users.

We parents could really benefit from a popular forum...
