Watsons Citronella...safe to use?

Hi all
Does anyone know if it's ok to use Citronella insect repellent while pregnant? I am using Watsons own brand but (my brain is forgetful now) I think I only asked my doctor if AVON skin so soft was ok and she said yes. Forgot to ask her about Citronella and I am using it regularly and liberally....the insects just love me. Does anyone know / has anyone checked with their doctor?
 
My approach was to use the "baby-safe" insect repellents when I was pregnant... I bought them from baby stores.
