You could also try B&Q located in Kowloon Bay. They have a selection including wall stickers and borders too. It's like a Home Depot or Rona store...do it yourself kind of place.

The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable, you could probably call ahead of time and ask them if they have exactly what your looking for. My husband and I absolutely love this store!
