It seems like it may be close to Bel-Air and they have a bilingual program. Do they have a bus service?

Any other local KG offering bilingual classes. I checked Victoria but registration is closed of 06-07. Will a 3 year old be able to attend playground at Victoria?
Also, does anybody have the info for woodland? I checked the ESF KG but seems to be impossible to get in.
