Visiting HK for one month

Hi Mamas!

We'll be visiting HK from Feb 6th - March 9th and I am very much hoping to connect with other moms for play-dates (my son is 4 years old and baby girl will be 3 months old when we are there).

We live in Victoria, British Columbia. I'm Caucasian, DH is HK Chinese. While in HK, we'll be staying in Kam Tin, Yuen Long, NT.

I am from canada and will be in HK in Feb for 3 weeks. I have a 4 year old and a 1 year old and will be staying in the gold coast area, N.T. Maybe we could meet somewhere for a playdate.

I'm not familiar with places to go where the kids could play, but DH and I were looking at the link for the Public Children's Playrooms & thought that might be good, or any nice park (preferably with a decent cafe nearby - I'm partial to a good soy latte!) Any ideas?

Thanks MeowMeow, that's very helpful indeed! The munchkins are just getting over being sick with colds so I've been doing the nursemaid thing here.

Hard to believe we'll be leaving in just 10 days!

I am also going to be visiting HK from Feb 3 to Feb 29. We will spend 2 wks at the Conrad in Central and then 2wks out on Lantau Is.

Would be interested in meeting up with folks as available.

Only have one DS who is 1yr old and am expecting the second.
