Violin teacher for 5 year old

Hi, does anyone know a very good violin teacher for a 5 year old? Looking for:
- very experienced with beginners ie. patient but firm
- using ABRSM curriculum
- capable of doing exam preparation up to 5-6th grade and offering performance opportunities
- ideally able to come to our home for visits or located close to midlevels
