Victoria play group and art-plus

Hi everyone!

I would like to know about playgroup of Victoria and Art-plus. I just applied to it but people said that waiting list is so long.
How long do we need to wait ? Do we need some connection to get in? What is partnership? We don't have any connection and siblings. Any tip to get in? Your help will be much appreciate, thanks!
 
Yes, from what I heard, you need to pull some connections to get in. I've heard stories where people got lucky and got in when their kid turned 1 year old, and that was only because they applied literally the minute the baby was born.

I have also applied to both. Not having any hope of getting in...
 
Hi Ringo, It's not that bad. We applied when my little boy is 3 months. Last week, we got a seat for May (when he's turning 8m). We are new to HK and he's our first one.
