I have my trusty Medela Pump in Style which I bought in the US. Was wondering if there's some way to wire it so I can use it here?
 
Buy a transformer

US is 110 or 120 Voltage. Hong Kong is 240 Voltage.

Buy a transformer that is adequate for the motor in the pump. Your pump may wear out faster with the transformer than if you were using it in the States.
 
ok thanks, didn't know it could be that simple. another question: where can i get spare attachments for the thing? i'm missing a suction part and possibly a tube.
 
they have a medela store in causeway bay plaza 1. Located in causeway bay. I'm not sure of the exact address but i'm sure you can look it up.
