Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)

Hello it's me again! From what I have been reading, pregnant women have a higher chance of having UTI. I don't have any symptoms but am wondering...what is that urine test that they do every time you go to the public hospital where they check the color of the strip? Is that for protein, UTI, etc?

My private doctor doesn't check it either...he hasn't asked me to pee for a test ever...

I remember doing the urine test at my private dr too. they check for protein and sugar and can detect UTIs as well
