Urgently looking for a steam inhaling device

Hi,

My 2 and a half month old has a terrible cold and stuffy nose.In my home country where she was delivered the doctor asked me to keep a steam inhaling device- (from which adults take steam when they have a cold) near her when she is sleeping so that the air near her is moist.
I am unable to find anything like that in our normal Watsons/mannings - could anybody suggest me where to find this kind of device. It is not the hospital kind which the nurse at the paedetrician's clinic here said comes for 20,000 HKD.

perhaps a humidifer would work the same? if so, you can get those at Fortress type stores

We had this with our newborn and we used a cold mist humidifier that we got for a few hundred $ at Wing On. They also have humidifiers most models should be for under 1k.

You should try in the Indian stores at Chunking Mansion on Nathan Road. They are actually meant for face steaming. And not very expensive also.

I bought one a few years ago from Times Sq. I think it was at Broadway. Also, if you're in Wanchai, there is a stall in the Wanchai Market, on Tai Yuen Ave. He sells aromatherapy oils and a humidifier. Good luck!
