URGENT! Where can i get Nebulizer in HK?

Dear Mommies,

My little bud has been experiencing severe coughing and flu for the past 2months, changing at least 3 doctors till date and STILL the coughing keeps coming back!

I have some friends who strongly recommend nebulizer..Can anyone share with me the benefits of this and where can i purchase this item in HK?

I'm so in pain as i watched my baby coughing her lungs out now, please help!

I know how you feel!

We have always been able to rent one from our doctors!
Not always the easiest thing to get you kid to do .... sit still for 10 minutes .. with or without the mask!

We rented one from our doctor as well. It was NOT EASY to get bub to sit still to be nebulized but to some extent, putting on a DVD helped. Good luck!
 
I've found doctors here in HK very reluctant to prescribe medicines for nebulizers (as I have one from the US), one doctor finally mumbled something about they don't do that anymore after the SARS scare. The most I've gotten is that a doctor would prescribe Ventolin syrup which is suppose to help clear the airwaves.
 
You can buy one at celki, they are in Central, above fortress on Queens' road, Melbourne Building. They used to have a office in Causeway bay. I also get all the stuff ( pulmicort and ventolin) at Fanda.

Finally managed to get one with a steal..! Hk pharmacies were selling at $2-3xxx which i got it at a quarter of the price..! Another problem now is finding the saline solution...the bag type specifically for Nebulizer..Where can i get them???
 
and please share where you got it for a quarter of the price, my little one having problems also, it is the damp weather i think, thanks
