Hi. Anyone knows anything about law on surrogate pregnancy in HK? My brother's wife has had two miscarriages and she's into her 15th week but amniotic fluid way too low. Really breaks our hearts.. don't know whether the baby can survive and even if he/she survives, there may be major problems with health.. urgent reply needed please!
