Do I have to write a letter to the Immigration upon end of contract with DH? We are not renewing the contract and she has left already. Her visa expires June 8 but she told me she will extend for another 2 weeks.
 
You should have informed the immigration within 7 days of your maid's last working day to release your obligation as her employer.
 
Thanks. But how come I was told by my mom's helper that I do not need to write any letters because the contract is finished and its not a termination of contract?

I don't remember writing a letter for our ex-helper either. 10 days before her contract expired she went to immigration and told them that we were not renewing and she was looking for a new employer to sign.
