UK&SA formula equivalent of Enfagrow

My baby is nearly 12 months and will be moving from Enfapro A+ Stage 2 to Enfagrow Stage 3. I will be in the UK and South Africa for holidays and can't carry this formula with me for practical reasons. Does anyone know of a UK or SA equivalent of this formula which I can buy there?

Not sure about the UK and SA but when I took my then 15 month old to the US, I had to carry boxes of the formula as they do not have the equivalent over there. I checked at the Mead Johnson website and did not find it, after a call, I was told that in the US at least, babies are weaned off formula milk at 12 months, which is why in the supermarkets, you can only find cows milk.

We never switched to Stage 3. Our Dr told us most kids get constipated with Stage 3 and to keep him on Stage 2.

Thank you for your advice. Rani, what age did your baby finish the Stage 2 formula then? Is he on cow's milk now?
 
We stayed on Stage 2 until D was 18 months and then switched to cow's milk, for 6-months. Then D broke out in a rash, and it took me a while to figure out it was from the milk. He was drinking Dairy Farm milk and that batch was from China. So we switched to Rice Milk.
