Twin Birth & Delivery

I gave birth naturally to my twins at 37.5 weeks. The second baby was breech and I still went for it. The whole labour went so well that I just don't understand why the majority of Chinese doctors always recommend C-section. Perhaps it's just more convenient for them?

C-sections should only be done if medically necessary. The healing process is far more painful and it will prevent you from being back on your feet on the day of delivery to look after your two babies.
 
Hi Amy, where did you give birth to your twins?

I am 12 weeks pregnant with twins - still early days, so have not yet discussed delivery with my Dr. Would love to try to give birth naturally, but had an emergency c-section (because of fetal distress) last time and am not sure Dr's would allow VBAC with twins?

Sorry that I wasnt logon for a long while.
My twins were 5lb8 and 5lb10 when they were born.
And they are now 6 months old with 19 and 20 lb now! big babies!

So MUMs, just dont worry and babies are growing very fast!
 
Great weights kelshiu!!! 6 months old and SO HEAVY!! My girls are almost there and they are 11 and half months old!!! Great job!
 
I gave birth at The Matilda Hospital up at the Peak. It was wonderful in terms of service and comfort but I guess you expect top service with the amount they charge!
