TUNG CHUNG: Any comment on Discovery Mind K. or Sunshine House??

Our son attended DMK summer school this year, the place is new so very clean and spacious. Teachers and helpers all are very friendly. We've actually applied for thier K1 classes next year, currently waiting for interviews.
 
Can't comment on Sunshine or DMK TUNG CHUNG campus.

DD went to both in DB and, for us, we liked the DMK method more. Others do not. Sunshine House is more American for us (spelling and so on) and others have said more 'play based' but I did not find this. The reporting was wonderful and I loved they way they communicated with parents.

DMK was more 'academic' - as far as a K1 class can be I guess, DD started doing montessori maths materials and I felt it was more English based than US.

I have since heard that Sunshine House follows the Canadian curriculum but I can not confirm this.

At the end of the day, visit both schools and go with your gut feel. They are both good so you can't go too wrong!
