TST tailor for women's suits?

My mother is coming for a visit next week and would really like to get a suit or two made while she is here. We don't really want to go to Shenzhen and I'd heard that there are some affordable ones in TST.

Can anyone confirm that? What shops have you had good experiences with? What's the price for a typical women's suit?
