Tsan Yuk - Do I have to live nearby?

Hello,

Do I have to have a permanent home address in HK Island (Which areas or just HK Island or does it not matter?) to arrange for a first appointment (I am approx. 6-7 weeks pregnant, had one U/S scan at Union Hospital at 4/5 weeks) at Tsan Yuk?

I am in the process of moving and am confused as to where to book my first appointment at a public hospital in Hong Kong. Would they not allow me to change if I first register in Kowloon and then register at Tsan Yuk later when I move to HK island?

Would I also need to request specifically for an English speaking doctor/nurse?

Thank you in advance.

I'm not sure about your first question as I've never been in that situation... But I went through Tsan Yuk and Queen Mary and all doctors and nurses I saw spoke English, I didn't make any requests and had no problems with language...
