Tsan Yuk Antenatal

I'm 9 weeks pregnant (due beginning May) and as our insurance doesn't cover maternity I'm utilising the Public Health System from start to finish. I've read quite a few encouraging threads about Tsan Yuk and Queen Mary and even learning of the not so positive aspects prepares you to handle them in the best way. I've made my appointment to register this week with Tsan Yuk, so I'll post my experience, although it's not until the 21st.

Is there anyone else considering the Public system?

Hi Polly,

We are going to use the public system for the delivery. We're doing our registration on the 14th, so I'll let you know how it goes then!

I went through Tsan Yuk and Queen Mary. Yes, there are plenty of downsides to the public system but so many foreigners have their babies there, they are really used to us, and you don't feel like too much of an anomaly in their system, which is nice.
