Travel Insurance in Pregnancy

I'm looking for travel insurance (in a hurry) that will cover me from weeks 21-24 of pregnancy. My current policy doesn't cover pregnancy related issues.

Has anyone done this recently? I've tried all the usual big companies in HK but none of them offer insurance cover for pregnancy. I've re-read old threads on this but sadly some of the recommended providers are no longer in business.

Have a look at Bupa IHI. They cover from the 4th to the 8th month

This was the first post I found when googling the same query - in the end I opted for Amex travel insurance:

It was the only HK one I found that specifically covered pregnancy-related issues, and covered from the end of the first trimester onwards.
