Great news for you ! the worse is that they probably do it every year for many other worried parents, who will not fight like you. They probably felt you were ready to go even further to get your money back and didn't want to have some officials having a look at their dishonnest administration !
it was indeed a huge burden on my mind.....
they did mention a few times in the process..that there were other parents in same situation as me and also how parents pay to be on waiting list...anyways no personal complaints now.......have struck them off my list for any future contact or sondieration for schooling....
