training course for domestic helper

My domestic helper has just come to HK for two months. This is the first time we hire one since i have just given birth to my first baby boy in mid-May. Though my domestic helper has come to HK before and had experience, I am not quite satisfied with her work especially on household cleaning. I am looking for training courses for her but i can only see courses on baby care and cooking e.g. in YMCA. Does anyboby knows where I can find courses on household cleaning for the helper?
 
My DH is eager to do a course too. I know there is plenty around, Its just finding them. I think some of the DH employment agencies run them. I would like a general course that includes general house cleaning, simple western cooking and kitchen hygene etc
 
Thanks Rani, Ive already got the book, its very helpful and my helper likes the idea of having a work plan like the one they show in the book
 
There is EDC.HK. phone:60298147 or 2129 2878. They are great. Teaching your DH in your own home. They teach courses tailored to individual cases. You request what you want and they will deliver a program with topics such as educated and stimulating baby, toddler and school age children interactions, how to set up play experiences etc. Of tremendous help.
