Anyone using it? I got it yesterday but have problem with cutting the bag. They say to press hold the scissors button and turn the wheel twice clockwise. I doesn't seem to cut the bag. Any idea?
 
well, i am using one now.
when you try to cut the bags, first of all you need to open the lid and turn the cartridge anticlockwise twice, then close the lid and press the scissors' button once and then turn the scissor clockwise for 2 times.
sounded confussing? give it a try and you will soon get a hand of it.

Do you just press the scissors button once or do you have to press hold it while you turn the scissors?

Oh the maunal doesn't say to turn the cartridge anticlockwise twice before cutting the bag at all. That's a poorly written manual! Impossible to figure out how it works from the manual!!!
 
I don't remember whether pressing it once or continueously as hubby clear the thingee most of the times, I guess as long as you can turn the scissors then it's okay.
the manual was not helpful at all and it took us quite a while to figure things out as well....
 
been using it for a while now and have trouble cutting it all as well. but will try the suggestion of turning 2X counterclockwise then press down, and turn 2X clockwise!
