Tokyo Thomasland

We are planning to take our kids to Thomasland in Tokyo. We will be staying in Shinjuku and would like to know if anybody has been to Thomasland and could offer some advice on getting there. Thanks in advance. :cheerlead
 
Hi, I'm from Tokyo. I don't think there is a thomas land in Tokyo, however that is located in Yamanashi prefecture which you have to take a train from tokyo, it takes around 2hours.

Thanks for the replies. I've already returned from my trip by the time the replies were posted up.

Moyi - There's a Thomas bus (decorated with Thomas and Friends) to Thomasland outside Shinjuku bus terminal. The journey took about 1 and half hours. Thomasland is inside Fuji-Q Highland and it is a very small complex with 8 rides. Prices of rides ranged from 100 yen to 300 yen.
 
Did the twins enjoy their trip? Can you post pictures? One of D's Thomas DVDs has an ad of the park and he really wants to go. I also heard there may be a Thomas show coming to HK.
