Toddler's Table and Chairs

My son, now 17 mths, is ready for his first table and chair set. The set that Toy R Us sells is $500 which is very suitable but too expensive. And the ones that Ikea sells are too tall/high for him.

Any suggestions where I can get something good at a reasonable price pls ?

I've heard the Japanese Dept stores, Uny and Jusco have some reasonable tables/chairs.
