Hi all, I am new to this group and looking forward to meet some working moms to be. My due date is end of November. I work 4 days a week in Sheung Wan area. Would love to meet up for lunch sometime after next week. Anyone interested?

We must all be getting close to our due dates. Mine is November 12th.
I am wondering if anyone would like to meet up for coffee/high tea/dinner?
Has anyone started their maternity leave? I have just started mine a bit early as work was becoming too difficult - sciatica.
I live in Clearwater Bay and can meet up in Sai Kung or Hang Hau. I am also able to come into town for lunches or dinners.

Hi welcome! We all have been trying to meet but for one reason or another we had to cancel at the last minute. I work in Central but luckily I am now on much reduced hours so I can do a brunch, sort of thing, if you like. I am due on 16th Nov and maternity leave starts at the end of Oct. If you can do weds, then send me a PM! Would be nice to finally meet mums-to-be!!!

Would you like to meet up later this week for morning coffee in Central? Perhaps the day that Dali is not working? Pacific Coffee/the dreaded Starbucks is easy, in Prince's Bldg (close to Central MTR and easy for taxis), or the Starbucks in IFC is quite light and airy. If a few of us could meet soon then we might get the ball rolling with others.

Can anyone do tomorrow morning? I can do either prince's bldg or ifc or even landmark starbucks - whatever suits you!
 
I could do tomorrow if it is late morning / lunch - e.g. 11:30. Didn't read the post properly that it was morning coffee. I'm still working full time but can get off for lunch a bit early if we stretch the 'morning coffee' out to 11 or 11:30...
 
Liquorice, are you still at work, in Quarry Bay? Want to meet on Tuesday in Sai Kung? Or I could come into Quarry Bay on Monday?
Girls, I am going to try the Annerley Birth Breathing class on Friday. It's supposed to be good to do 2-3 times in the weeks before delivery. Anyone interested? If so, we could have coffee afterwards.

Unfortunately I'm still working. I have another 5 weeks of work left - don't know how I'm going to manage it... The baby is due on the 29th. Still interested in meeting up though...
 
Hi Pink, Liquorice and others! Sorry for not replying sooner, i have been quite busy and yes work is becoming more tiring... But I am still looking forward to meet you! maybe november 5 is a good opportunity? Coffee or lunch?Prince's building seems a convenient option. Let me know if you are up for this.

I can't find a Starbucks in Prince's Bldg but there is a big one on 2/F, Alexandra House (just next door to Prince's Bldg), 11am before lunch rush?
 
I am okay either way. I guess if it is Starbuck's, or similar, then we'd better make it more like 11 or 11:30 to make sure we get seats...
