Hi! I am looking for 16 months daughter?s playmates who speak English or Mandarin or Japanese around Tiu Keng Leng. Although we are Japanese (correctly speaking my husband is Japanese American), we just use English everyday and I can speak Mandarin. Since I am a working mum, it would be great if our children can play together on weekend.
