My daughter is crazy about Tinkerbell so I would like to have a Tinkerbell 3D cake made for her coming birthday. I need to find a Tinkerbell 'toy' for the cake. Any idea where can I find one ???
:thanks

i got some bags of disney princesses (i think 6/bag) either in wanchai street market or sham shui po. they were hard to find about a month ago, but usually are very easy... i was looking at a time when most shops were cleared out and only had CNY stuff, so you would probably have more luck at this time!

Thanks Cara.
Ummm, this may sound silly (I'm totally clueless about these dolls)....are these dolls specially made for cakes ? How are they different from the usual dolls that kids play with ?

they are small plastic figurines. you can keep them afterwards for her to play with. i actually use them for stocking stuffers at xmas, too, as well as in the goodie bags for the birthday party!

Hello, can you please tell me the street name (or shop name) for the shops in Sham Shui Po or Wan Chai St Market ? Are these toy shops ?

Thank you.

have no idea the name of the shops...in sham shui po, if you stand with your back to dragon centre, you walk to your left.... across the street, and down past golden centre. you just continue down that road and the shops are on the right side of the road. i think it is fuk wing street.or fuk wah street.

in wanchai, you head away from southorn playground, down the market street. the shops are on your left, behind the stalls.

but in both cases, the areas deserve a little exploration. you'd be amazed at the things you can get.

there is another shop in sham shui po where i get sets of stickers for $2!

also in sham shui po, in the same shops you find the small disney toys, you can get awesome stuff for the loot bags. i put in each bag: a set of rubbers, a set of pencil crayons, a pack of stickers, a bouncy ball, a disney character and each bag came to about $10-12!!! the kids LOVED their goodies!

Just an update - popped into Wanchai Market this afternoon - found them in one shop. Thanks for your advice.
