it seems to be a site that argues against shots...

some people would rather take the risk and not have the shot...
others would rather take the risk OF HAVING the shot.

personally, i go with having the shot, myself. but there are many out there that don't have any vaccinations at all....
 
This subject is outdated but lucky I see this. I might reconsider this before giving the flu shot to my 2 yrs old daughter next time. I just give her the shot for the first time 2 months ago.

I think that even 5 minutes of searching on the internet can throw up several articles that make us question whether we are doing to right thing by our children. Therefore, when it comes to health issues, I make the final decision based upon my doctor's advice (and get a second opinion for really important decisions).
I suggest that you discuss this article with your doctor before making any decisions on the basis of it.
 
Dr Mercola is anti vaccination in general, so rather than consider just the flu shot issue, you should look at his take on the broader theme of vaccinations and children - it's a huge subject.

The Mercola site always has very interesting articles - just take it in the context of other research, what your Ped advises and as Sherwes says, second opinions on big decisions.
