I read here many parents are thinking "the best" place for their kids.
To me, best place for the kids = fresh air, peaceful, fun, open space kids can run around.
I was looking for more than almost hundreds places like repluse bay, peak, bel air gold coast etc when I was pregnant and at the end I found a place called Park Island.
When I first heard about park island I thought god it's sooo far away!!!! But actually it's not that bad - ferry only takes you 20 mins and as I know 24 hours taxi is going to be available soon next year.
Park island is such a lovely place - peaceful - no big buses no fame no noise and fresh air (you will notice the different once you off the taxi) and beaches which is great for the kids and faculties are unbelievable.
3 big club houses and many play groups play rooms and there also have kingergarden that I planning to send my baby but many ppl told me off coz they said I should send my baby to branding school in mid level.
But I would rather send my kid to park island.
What I realise is in city some buildings are really nice but once you step out of it then all pollution and noise will be right there our of your door waiting for you.
But on park island, just while island and the atmosphere are soooo nice.
As I know many western they hv no ideas and never heard about it. Becoz d bay is more popular.
But trust me. Check it out. Go over there on weekend for a day trip and you will see.
For the price. It's really affordable as well compare with city.
For me, I would love to pay more for the fresh air but park island actually is cheaper.
