Hi I've had a series of bad experiences with this school, including having to put up with rude teachers, and am wondering if anyone else has had bad experiences with the school as well or if my experiences have been one-off bad ones.

Amongst other things, I had at one point wanted to speak to the principal/supervisor of the school about my concerns with the school and was told by the teacher the person would not be interested in speaking to us and in fact never speaks directly to parents and that we can pass messages to the person through the teacher. Is this usual in Hong Kong?
 
There are 2 at Caine Road. One is from the Woodland chain. This one is NOT, it is the other one...
 
the other one which is at the beginning of Caine Road has had many complaints against them. Not paying the deposit back, dirty environment etc. u have other members who have written about them but they have been in existence for a while( so there are parents who are happy with them)

If u have a problem u can write to Education bureau and they might help u solve your problem or u can tell ( the school) that u will report them to the bureau( sought of a threat ) to solve your issue
