Thailand holiday-where to go...24 days with 22month old

We are going to Thailand for 24 days in July...so far we have booked 6 days in Bangkok, but not sure where to go after that...we will be traveling with a 22 month toddler.

Can you offer some suggestion on where to visit, which islands are great to travel to with a you child.....

Almost everywhere in Thailand is great for kids. You could do Bangkok then drive to Hua Hin - the Sheraton there is supp to be the best. There's also Phuket, Koh Samui, Krabi and Chiang Mai in the north. We just got back from Chiang Mai with our 3 year old and 6 month year old and my older loved it. We did the elephant camp with him, but there;s also the Tiger Kingdom, Snakes etc....We only had 2 nights and 3 days so our time was limited. There are soooo many child-friendly resorts/areas in Phuket so have a look there too!
 
Thanks southside...looked in to the Sheraton in Hua Hin....very nice but way too expensive.....crazy prices for low season. will look into the other areas you suggested...many thxs
