Termination letter to immigration

Hi. I'm a novice at this.
1. Does anyone know who I need to address the termination letter to - the one that needs to be submitted to immigration?
2. Which address do I send it to?

Address it to "The Director of Immigration".

Foreign Domestic Helpers Section
6th Floor, Immigration Tower,
7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai

Also, don't forget to get your helper to sign receipts for her salary/ticket/statutory holidays/etc before she leaves. A friend of ours, her helper was so mad that they decided not to renew her contract. She accused them of paying her less than min wage and took them to court. Big mess!
