Terminating and Rehiring Domestic Helper Terms

With the new levy savings, I am terminating and rehiring the same helper who has worked for me for 1 year.

does anyone know how to handle the 14 days leave and the one flight home in such a case?

Could you tell a bit more about the levy savings? I signed the contract last week and as far as I read it, the govement is still collecting $9,600 over the two years contract term. Am I eligible for the levy savings? You know I really like the idea of savings...as much as possible please.
 
nope, you won't be paying the levy. they put it on "hold" for 2 years!

after, I believe, July something last year, levies on contracts for the next two years are exempt.

I'm hoping that they'll eliminate it completely!
