Temporary child carer / minder to fill in for helper

Does anyone know, in case a helper needs to return home for a few days due to an emergency during a contract or upon contract renewal, is there some kind of safe registered child carer that can be hired at reasonable costs? Will be interested to find out so that I will know where to look should a need arises.

Qualified Maternity nurse/nanny, I can do some part time work. I have been 14 years in HKG ( permanent resident so legally allowed to work). I can help week ends, evenings, nights.

I'm a 27 years old hk girl, registered CCW working in a baby caring centre.Experienced in baby caring and been baby sitting for more then a year.
