Temp Helper

I might need a temp helper for 3 weeks in late Oct. Want to find out how much does it cost to get one. Working hours would be from 8am to 5pm and Mon to Fri only. Does anyone have any ideas?

I would also appreciate information about hiring a temporary helper, as we may decide to wait several months until our preferred helper is available. How do I find one? Are there agencies? I would prefer to do it all legally. Thanks!
