sorry, don't know anywhere on hk island. when i buy, i buy for 100 children, so i need the cheapest possible prices.... the above is what i've come up with so far.
i have contacts for wholesalers, but my problem is that i need 100 pces not 10,000!
forgot to say that the best place for stickers is also sham shui po. when you come out of dragon centre on the overhead walkway, across the street, there are a couple of small shops on the left side of the road. i usually get stickers for about $2-4/sheet. they have a HUGE selection, too.

can you get a membership with the professional teacher's union? if you work at a school or are a registered teacher in HK it should be relatively easy...they have a shop that sells teaching supplies for a good deal in Causeway Bay (near the open market opposite the side of Times Square)

nope, i own my own place and am not a registered teacher... so no love there, i'm afraid!
shenzhen is really good for paper/foam etc. in hk i pay about $4-7 for one sheet = 4pces A4. in SZ, i pay $1 for a sheet = 2 A4. the foam, although thinner in SZ, it is only $0.8 pce. in hk it's about $4-5/pce.
laminating film? in hk a box of 100pce of 100microns = $75-120, box in SZ = $40
