Tandem stroller advice

Hi,

I have seen a particular stroller around HK and was wondering if anyone knew the name of it and if was available to buy here. It is a 2-seater, with one seat in the front and another down low and behind. I currenly own the Bugaboo Frog but with a second child due in December I need to pick up a stroller that will work for a 15-month old and a newborn down the road (once the newborn grows out of the bassinet option on the frog).

I have also seen the 2-seaters which are "beside" each other but think it might be too wide for daily use.

It's called a Phil and Teds. they're amazing. I have one that I don't need anymore if you're interested in buying a second hand one. I have 2 boys who are 22 months apart and it was brilliant.
