Taking helper home to NZ?

Has anyone done this?

We would love to help our helper move to NZ (she has a degree in Horticulture), would be really interested to talk with anyon who has investigated or been successful with this, or even knows anyone who has done it.

Hi TeamNZ. I met a woman 4 years ago who was trying to do the same thing. She had already returned to NZ and had the helper with her on a visitors visa and she was having real trouble trying to find a way to get her to stay indefinitely. I wish I had her details so that I could put you on to her but the thing I found most discouraging is that this woman is a lawyer for the Dept. of Internal Affairs. I figured that if there was a way to get her helper a work visa then she would know it...
