I've decided to go private at 34 weeks (have been the public system up until now), but my private ob-gyn needs a copy of my records of my first delivery at Queen Mary Hospital- I had a complicated delivery and she needs to find out what went wrong. Does anyone know what department, etc. I need to contact at Queen Mary to get the records? I've tried calling the main number hospital #, but no one seems to be able to tell me who has the records or how I can get copies. Thanks!

Yes, QMH has a records department. Its a little bit of a bureaucratic nightmare but it is possible! Unfortunately I don't have the number in front of me but I will reply again if I can find it. I had to go back and get copies of some x-rays about a year ago.
