Swimming float for a 13 month old?

im kinda clueless about this. what kind of floats are suitable for 13 month olds? im not looking at those ring floats around the neck type. are vest or arm types recommended? thanks!

B2B has them, u also have tyr brand swim suits which have an inbuilt floating device.

I bought the swimsuit with the floats built in with the neck ring too. My daughter did not like it at all, the floats just floated and her body went down, so the neck ring was pushing against her chin. Dunno whether it's just cos she is skinny or it happens to everyone.

there are arm floats at Mothercare and at Bumps to Babes from 0-2 years old then 2-4 year olds.
