Swim wear- where?

Hi, We are going on holiday next week to Phuket and need to buy swim wear for my 20 month old daughter. Saw some at B2B but it was expensive and they didn't have her size. I am looking for something full sleeves and sun safe, any suggestions please where else do I look?

I saw some in the Wanchai markets the other day (street opp Johnston Road MTR exit). The one piece set, bit like a scuba diving outfit, was around $280 and they had sizes for my son (22mths).
