This will partially be a matter of opinion, but my favorite is the Miracle Blanket. I've given at least 2 away as gifts and have a few myself. :)
 
I second or third or fourth (where are we up to??) the miracle swaddle too. We used it in this temperature too but needed to have the aircon on (which you would anyway in this heat). Keeps them tightly snug and until our bubba was a bit older, he couldn't houdini out of it!

We bought some rectangular, brushed cotton type swaddling blankets from Eugene that worked very well. They're sold as a box of 3 and the brand is something like "Bubba ..." or "Bubble .." (can't remember exactly). We were given a miracle blanket but we preferred the rectangular ones as we could pull and tuck to adjust the tightness according to our baby's size.

Not sure how well it would work in hot weather though. But we always had the air con on anyway...

Good thing is that you can still use these blankets when you're out and about and they were big enough for us to swaddle our baby until we stopped swaddling him at 5 months.
 
miracle blanket is really good... the weight is good for hk weather and it's tight enough where baby can no wiggle out of it....i've bought it for a couple friends as presents too!

Yes, Bubba Blue brand. But we bought a thicker one... not muslin - but muslin will prob be more suitable in this weather...
