Supporting Letter ?!?!

Hello,
My helper needs me to issue her a supporting letter saying that I need her urgently so she can have her visa quicker.
Has anybody done that? And can anybody send me a copy of what should be in that letter?
Thank you in advance: I'm desesperate: doing all that paperwork & leaving tonight for France on holiday with hubby & baby: too much stress for me !!!

Hi Alex,

It'svery simple. The folloiwng items should be included in the letter:

1) Helper's name, passport no.;
2) VCA no. ;
3) the reason(s) why you need to ask the Immigration Dept to process your application urgently;
4) the employer's name, ID card no., contact no.

Then, you can just fax it to the Immigration Dept and make attention to Domestic Helper Section. The fax no. is 2157 9181. A handwritten letter is also ok.

Thanks a lot Florence, I've just done it (I was so in a rush I googled, I yahooed, I geobabyed, I asked an expat ;-) and I found the letter I just had to copy to get it right.)

Well, i know my reply would be too late, but to let you know what my agency asked to expedite, a doctor's certificate that i'm pregnant, agency also has a form on support letter, so we just fill it up.
