supplies list for QMH?

Hi Everyone!

Hoping someone can help... I have lost my list of supplies etc that I am supposed to take when I deliver at QMH. I don't know when my next appt. at Tsan Yuk will be, so don't know when I'll be able to get another one. As my due date is less than 2 months away, I'm really feeling the need to get prepared. Does anyone have the list that they'd be willing to type up for me, or is it already posted here somewhere? I did a search with not really any results...

not on the list but two things i could NEVER do without (i was in 8 times during my last pregnancy) were earplugs and an eyepatch to help with sleeping.

if you have an ipod, bring that too!
