I guess I am tired of being tired. Ever since I've a second child, I've felt the side effect of Aunt Flo's monthly visit to be quite aggravated. And it's definitely making child-rearing harder for that one week. Can anyone suggest supplements/particular foods I can take to help with the lack of energy, moodiness and overall general discomfort during this period? I'm not really into unnecessary medication so I'm hoping to find something natural to counter this, but we'll see...
