sunday pre natal yoga

I'm hoping to find a studio that conducts pre natal yoga on a Sunday.
{I work full time, including every second Saturday.}
I've had a look through the directory on this site, but most studios seem to only offer during the day mid week.

Does anyone know of any Sunday classes?

I haven't heard of any, but try a search of previous threads. It's strange that there are not more prenatal classes outside of working hours. But there are probably lots of instructors willing to show you modifications during regular yoga classes. Also some places do evening classes (I'm sure they're mentioned on previous threads somewhere).

Sunday Pre-natal

Pure Yoga offers 12.30 classes on Sunday at their Causeway Bay studio at Soundwill Plaza (and also Saturday classes at Peninsula Tower, TST).

I just bought a DVD from HMV. It has 2 DVDs inside, one for pre- and another for post-natal. I think I prefer to do it at home and at my own pace.
