Summer Home Playgroup for 3 - 6

I have a 3.9 years old girl. I would like to form - or start home playgroup - for children age 3-6 one to two afternoons per week during the summer holiday. We can visit each other and set some art & craft activities, singing and dancing at the host family place, even go to the park.
