Stroller for 11 month old !!!

Needed advise on buying a baby stroller for my 11 month old . I was looking for a light weight stroller which is easily foldable with one hand and having a snack tray.
The stroller that I am presently using.. I need to bend all the way to fold it ,so in case I need to travel alone with my LO in places having stairs ..it becomes just impossible..btw how do you manage on stairs??
Also from your experience do you think snack tray has been useful or you never had to use it?

Im using combi mirscle turn and it had been brilliant becase it is easy yo fold and open with one hand. Im quite petite and i can carry it on my shoulder with no sweat. I this helps
